The Shift

I didnt always see it that way.After graduating from Nyenrode Business University, I stepped into the corporate world with ambition and clarity.I held leadership roles at IBM and Booking.com, managing teams, building strategies, and achieving all the milestones that are supposed to feel like success. But something was off.My head was full, my heart was tired, and my intuition, my quiet inner compass, was being drowned out.

Role of Zen

Becoming aware and present

That’s when Zen found me and I felt a deep sense of presence. It helped me to slow down enough to notice what reality I created for myself.

Meditation helped me make space. In my head and my life.
It helped me see the invisible forces that shape our choices- the patterns, systems, and stories we carry.

And it gave me language for something I had always felt but never fully trusted.
That we are not separate from each other, or from nature. That everything is connected.

What I Do Today

Purpose-Driven Practice

Today, I help leaders and organizations remember that too.

I guide businesses to work with nature, not just for it.
Through strategic advisory, systemic coaching, and leadership facilitation, I support organizations in becoming more regenerative, self-aware, and aligned with their deeper purpose.

I work across industries and cultures. But always with the same intention:
To bring more truth, clarity, and wholeness into the way we lead.
